A charge on your statement?

Room bookings are processed by Hospitable, our booking platform, so those charges appear as HOSPITABLE plus a reservation reference on your bank or card statement. Some older or account-level charges appear as THE ROOMS CO. If a charge is unfamiliar, it is almost always a room reservation booked under a different name than the cardholder's; match the reference against the confirmation before disputing it.
